Keyboard shortcuts and mouse gestures
The same list as Help → Keyboard shortcuts (the ? button). Where a shortcut says ⌘, it's Ctrl on Windows and Linux; on a Mac, Control is left to the system, so Control-click opens the canvas menu.

Right-click
Right-clicking empty canvas (Control-click on a Mac) opens a menu with Add node and Add note, centered where you clicked. Right-clicking a node, relationship, or note opens no menu.
