Terms of use

toro4n is an online tool for drawing graph data models for Neo4j. These terms apply when you use it at toro4n.com, with or without an account. They are short because the service is simple: you draw, and what you draw is yours.

Who provides the service

toro4n is provided by Lantz Hedström Consulting AB, company registration number 559215-6557, Fiskarfjärdsstranden 36, 127 41 Skärholmen, Sweden. Questions about these terms go to graph@hlhc.se.

What the service is

toro4n runs in your web browser. Without an account, your models are stored only in your browser and in the files you save, and nothing is sent to us. With an account, the models you choose to save online are stored on our server within the EU so that you can share them with the people you name and work on them together. How your data is handled is described on its own page.

Your content

Everything you draw, write, import, or export in toro4n is yours. We claim no rights to it. For models you save online, you give us permission to store them, to show them to the people you share them with, and to let the AI assistants you have allowed read and change them, and nothing else. We do not look at your models unless you ask us to in order to help you, and we never use them to train anything or to advertise anything.

You are responsible for what you put in toro4n. Do not store anything you have no right to store, and do not share a model with someone who must not see it.

Accounts

An account is an email address you have proven you can read, with a code we send to it. Keep that mailbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Sharing a model means the people you invite can open it with their own accounts; you can remove them at any time, and they can leave. You can delete your account in the app, which deletes your online models and removes you from the models shared with you.

We may close an account that is used to attack the service, to store or share unlawful material, or to interfere with other people's use of toro4n.

Availability and changes

We work to keep toro4n available and keep your online models safe, with encrypted storage, access limited to the people a model is shared with, and automatic version history. Even so, toro4n is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or without faults. Keep your own copies of models that matter to you: Save as file does that in one step. We may change toro4n, and we may change these terms; the date at the bottom of this page tells you when they last changed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lantz Hedström Consulting AB is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from the use of toro4n, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what you have paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance, unless the law gives you the right to bring a case elsewhere.
